Šarkaniáda Jemnej cesty a Lukostrelcov pod Vysokou

Aké počasie by ste si vybrali na šarkaniádu? Samozrejme, veterné. Aj my.. A tak sme ho aj mali. Rohožník mal v ten deň vlastnú „predpoveď pre šarkany“: dážď, slnko, dúha a vietor od jemného vánku až po nárazy, ktoré so šarkanmi brali aj deti. Napriek tomu – alebo možno práve vďaka tomu – sa lúka pri 3D Parkúre pod Vysokou zmenila na farebnú vzdušnú prehliadku a jedno veľké jesenné dobrodružstvo.

Deti aj dospelí vypustili na oblohu desaťky šarkanov všetkých možných tvarov a farieb. Niektoré šarkany poslúchali na prvé potiahnutie, iné si žili vlastným životom a nechali sa nahovárať o čosi dlhšie, ale každý mal svoj príbeh. Cieľom nebolo získať medailu, ale stráviť spolu čas vonku, v pohybe a v dobrej nálade.

Nechýbala ani súťaž o najkrajšieho doma vyrobeného šarkana. Pokúsili sme sa aj o súťaž o najlepšie lietajúceho doma vyrobeného šarkana, ale tam napokon zvíťazilo jedno „dieťa“ s viac než osemdesiatimi rokmi skúseností, takže sme túto kategóriu nechali skôr ako milú historku než oficiálnu disciplínu. Lukostrelci si pre účastníkov pripravili výborný guláš, aj luky na strieľanie, no silný vietor ukázal, že príroda má niekedy vlastný program. Opekačka sa pri jesennej zime tiež veľmi „nerozbehla“, zato horúci čaj zmizol do poslednej kvapky a výhry z tomboly si našli svojich majiteľov skôr, než nás vietor vyhnal domov pod teplé periny.

Veľmi si vážime, že ste nás prišli podporiť a že ste s nami strávili toto krásne, hoci poriadne veterné popoludnie. Ďakujeme všetkým, ktorí si našli čas a vytvorili nádherných, originálnych šarkanov, aj tým, ktorí sa zapojili do instagramovej súťaže. Obrovská vďaka patrí 3D Parkúru pod Vysokou za spoluprácu a za poskytnutie priestorov. Ďakujeme za vzdelávacie poukážky do tomboly od Husľovej školy Galiny Fľakovej, Jazdeckej školy Vysoká pri Morave a Judo klubu Rohožník. Za krásne vecné dary ďakujeme obci Rohožník a potravinám COOP Jednota. Ďakujeme aj za podporu z grantového programu Náš Rohožník spoločnosti Danucem Slovensko – vďaka nej môžeme pre deti vyrábať odznaky a tlačiť veľké plagáty, ktoré k našim podujatiam jednoducho patria.

Ak sa vám medzi nami páčilo a vaše šarkany sa už nevedia dočkať, kedy ich vypustíte znovu, poznačte si do kalendára dátum 23. 10. 2026. Jemná cesta a jej šarkany sa na lúku určite vrátia – s vetrom v chrbte, farebnou oblohou a s nádejou, že sa tam znova stretneme všetci: deti, rodičia, starí rodičia, šarkany aj vietor, ktorý si to tu evidentne veľmi obľúbil.

ENGLISH: A Kite Festival with Wind in Its Wings

What kind of weather would you choose for a kite festival? Windy, of course. So did we. And that is exactly what we got.

On that day, Rohožník had its very own “kite forecast”: rain, sunshine, a rainbow, and wind ranging from a gentle breeze to gusts strong enough to carry not only the kites, but almost the children with them. Even so — or perhaps because of it — the meadow near the 3D Parkúr pod Vysokou turned into a colourful aerial display and one big autumn adventure.

Children and adults sent dozens of kites into the sky, in all kinds of shapes and colours. Some took off obediently with the very first tug, while others seemed to have a mind of their own and needed a little more persuasion. But every kite had its own story. The aim was not to win a medal, but to spend time together outdoors, moving, laughing, and enjoying the day.

There was also a competition for the most beautiful homemade kite. We also tried to hold a competition for the best-flying homemade kite, but in the end it was won by one “child” with more than eighty years of experience — so we decided to leave that category more as a lovely story than an official discipline.

The archers prepared excellent goulash for the participants, as well as bows for archery, but the strong wind reminded us that nature sometimes has its own plans. The campfire roasting did not quite take off in the autumn chill either, but the hot tea disappeared to the very last drop, and the raffle prizes found their new owners before the wind finally chased us home under warm blankets.

We truly appreciate that you came to support us and spent this beautiful, though very windy, afternoon with us. Thank you to everyone who took the time to create wonderful, original kites, and to those who joined our Instagram competition.

A huge thank you goes to 3D Parkúr pod Vysokou for their cooperation and for providing the venue. We are grateful for the educational vouchers donated to the raffle by Galina Fľaková’s Violin School, Vysoká pri Morave Riding School, and Judo Club Rohožník. Jemná cesta and its kites will certainly return to the meadow — with the wind at our backs, a colourful sky above us, and the hope that we will all meet there again: children, parents, grandparents, kites, and the wind, which has clearly grown very fond of this place.
