Tajomný poklad pustovníka pri kaplnke sv. Urbana

V piatok popoludní, 5. septembra, sa deti spolu s rodičmi a kamarátmi vydali na netradičné dobrodružstvo. Jemná cesta pripravila pre malých odvážlivcov hľadanie pokladu, ktoré sa nieslo v znamení príbehu o pustovníkovi z okolia Rohožníka. Tento múdry a vzdelaný muž vraj kedysi ukryl svoj poklad pri kaplnke sv. Urbana. Nechcel ho však zveriť hocikomu – len tým, ktorí dokážu zapojiť hlavu, spolupracovať a nevzdávať sa ani pri náročnejších úlohách.

A tak sa začala cesta. Na lúkach a cestičkách bolo rozmiestnených deväť stanovíšť. Každé prinieslo novú výzvu – raz museli deti čítať slová, ktoré medveď poplietol a napísal úplne naopak, inokedy zas riešiť číselný kód od zamknutého brlohu. Veľkú pozornosť si získala aj úloha, kde bolo treba zrátať kravy a sliepky podľa počtu hláv a nôh, alebo tá, pri ktorej sa z prvých písmen veršov skladalo tajné slovo. Smiech a sústredené ticho sa striedali, každý mal šancu prísť na správne riešenie.

Za správne riešenie získali časť mapy. Nebolo to len tak – mapu si museli postupne vyskladať zo všetkých kúskov a až potom sa mohli vydať za samotným pokladom. Deti sa už nevedeli dočkať a posledné metre pred kaplnkou doslova leteli. Prehľadávali okolie kaplnky, až natrafili v hustom húští na malú, drevenú truhličku.

A čo v nej bolo? Nie zlato ani drahé kamene, ale odznaky pre každého malého hľadača pokladov – symbol toho, že sa nevzdali a spoločne dokázali nájsť cestu až do cieľa. No každý z nás vie, že skutočný poklad sa skrýval v niečom inom. Boli to chvíle strávené spolu – deti, rodičia, súrodenci, priatelia. Bol to smiech, sústredenie pri hádankách, drobné neúspechy aj radostné výkriky, keď niekto prišiel na riešenie.

Celé popoludnie sa nieslo v krásnej atmosfére končiaceho leta. Príroda v okolí kaplnky sv. Urbana vytvorila dokonalú kulisu pre dobrodružstvo, ktoré nebolo len o poklade, ale aj o tom, že keď si ľudia navzájom pomáhajú a ťahajú za jeden povraz, dokážu naozaj veľa.

Poklad pustovníka sme teda našli. No čo je ešte cennejšie – odniesli sme si domov nové zážitky, energiu a pocit, že aj v dnešnom uponáhľanom svete sa oplatí zastaviť, pozrieť sa okolo seba a vychutnať si chvíle so svojimi najbližšími.

ENGLISH: The Mysterious Treasure of the Hermit by St. Urban’s Chapel

On Friday afternoon, 5 September, children set out together with their parents and friends on an unusual adventure. Jemná cesta prepared a treasure hunt for the young brave explorers, inspired by the story of a hermit from the area around Rohožník. This wise and educated man is said to have hidden his treasure near St. Urban’s Chapel. But he did not want to entrust it to just anyone — only to those who could use their heads, work together, and not give up even when faced with more challenging tasks.

And so the journey began. Nine stations were placed across the meadows and paths. Each one brought a new challenge. At one station, the children had to read words that a bear had mixed up and written completely backwards. At another, they had to solve a numerical code to unlock a bear’s den. A task where they had to count cows and hens according to the number of heads and legs drew a lot of attention, as did the one where the first letters of verses revealed a secret word. Laughter and focused silence took turns, and everyone had a chance to find the right solution.

For each correct answer, the children received a piece of the map. But it was not that simple — they had to gradually put the map together from all the pieces before they could set off in search of the treasure itself. By then, the children could hardly wait, and in the final metres before the chapel, they were practically flying. They searched the area around the chapel until, deep in the bushes, they discovered a small wooden chest.

And what was inside? Not gold or precious stones, but badges for every young treasure hunter — a symbol that they had not given up and that, together, they had managed to find their way all the way to the goal. But each of us knows that the real treasure was hidden somewhere else. It was in the moments spent together — children, parents, siblings, friends. It was in the laughter, the concentration over the riddles, the small setbacks, and the joyful shouts when someone found the solution.

The whole afternoon was filled with the beautiful atmosphere of late summer. The nature surrounding St. Urban’s Chapel created the perfect backdrop for an adventure that was not only about finding treasure, but also about discovering that when people help one another and pull together, they can achieve a great deal.

So yes, we found the hermit’s treasure. But even more importantly, we brought home new memories, fresh energy, and the feeling that even in today’s hurried world, it is worth stopping for a moment, looking around, and enjoying time with the people closest to us.
